Refund Policy
Regarding Refunds
As we are unable to receive a return on our time and product, we are unable to offer refunds for our services rendered. While we cannot refund you, we do have a "Redo Policy" to compensate you for any miscommunications/ undesirable results that may have occurred during your service. Your happiness is important to us.
Redo Policy
We are not immune to miscommunication and human error! To make up for this, we will do our best to honor our services and make any corrections necessary within two weeks of the original service. Corrections after two weeks are considered a new service and will be charged accordingly. To guarantee your service, your stylist must be allowed to dry the hair before leaving to discuss the final result. Any client that leaves with wet hair is at their own risk. If you have a change of heart and want to change the look to something other than what was originally discussed, that will be at your own expense. Payment for the will be collected at the end of the initial service and the redo appointment will then be scheduled.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Failure to cancel your appointment two days prior or any changes to the existing appointment within that time frame will result in a fee. A credit card will be saved at the time of booking in the event a cancellation fee needs to be applied (you will not be charged for your service at the time of booking). You can cancel your appointment by using the link sent to your email or by contacting us directly. Two days notice will be a 50% fee of the service total. One days notice or a no-show will be charged 75% of the service.
