With over 30 years of hairstyling experience, Heidi brings seasoned expertise and a true love for people to every appointment. She specializes in curls, short hair, precision cuts, and traditional highlights—delivering styles that are both flattering and timeless. Her passion goes beyond creating beautiful hair; she values the meaningful connections she builds with each client. Known for her warm personality and skilled hands, Heidi makes everyone feel at home in her chair, offering both top-notch service and heartfelt conversation. Kylee Johnson

Kylee brings a creative spirit and an eagerness to learn to her role as our salon apprentice. Working side by side with Nicole and Heidi, she is building her technical skills through hands-on training and personalized mentorship.

She is especially excited about blonding, vivid hair color, and alternative hairstyles, with a passion for helping clients express their personality through a look that feels uniquely their own.

Cutting Specialist

Rose Heidrich

I grew up in a small town in South Dakota and trained at the Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute in Minneapolis. I’ve been a licensed hairstylist since 2007 and have been creating personalized styles in Seattle ever since. I love helping clients look and feel their best, whether it’s a fresh cut, everyday style, or special occasion hair for weddings, proms, or events. I also have experience teaching and sharing my expertise, which informs my careful, detail-focused approach. Every appointment is tailored to highlight your unique features and lifestyle.​

Kenzie Turner

Kenzie is a thoughtful and creative hairstylist who specializes in natural, low-maintenance hair that grows out beautifully. With an eye for dimensional brunettes, lived-in blondes, and customized haircuts, she takes time to understand each client’s goals and create a look that reflects their individual style. Kenzie’s warm, welcoming approach helps every client feel comfortable and confident, while her dedication to the craft leaves them feeling refreshed and excited about their hair.​

Makenzie Heisley

Makenzie is a highly skilled stylist specializing in blonding services and artistically crafted vivid fashion colors. A former member of the Blondie Stylist team, she now operates independently in a private suite within our salon & spa.
